Awesome hotel. It might be a bit old but still looks very nice and worth the price. The staffs and service were good too. Very near Emquartier and Emporium. Near Terminal 21 also (just one station away). The hotel is located in the area where restaurants are around! Quite crowded than other areas at night which is nice that we had something to look at and see.

Heard they've just re-open after covid so. There are not many people recently staying at this place. I'd recommend it to anyone considering this hotel, please don't hesitate.

It's never been a luxury hotel and now it's struggling like everyone else, but they could try a little harder. For a start the guy at the entrance is surly and doesn't seem to know how his job. When you have to park on the street and walk in cos the guy won't let the taxi in, you know there is a problem. The internet is amazingly slow. It's difficult to even load a page. The food at a function we had there was clearly old. Not a good advertisement fellas! Staff try hard, but the hotel desperately needs renovating. Bum guns please! On the good side, the location is fantastic and the rooms are well kept, but please fix the lift. It leaves a bad impression.

Nothing wrong with this hotel. I think I had an upgrade. But the room didn’t feel like it. A/C was not so good. No mini bar as advertised. But all up nice enough. Breakfast was a good variety of Western/Asian. If you have plans of going out. The street floods. But the concierge at front door does provide umbrellas.

Decent hotel in a good location. The building is a bit older but it didn't bother me. The people at the reception and front door are very friendly and always with a smile. They also speak decent English.

Good location and walking distance to Emquartier and Emporium. It is a very old hotel but it has great room size and super spacious. The furniture is still quite old but if you do not plan to be in the hotel room for your trip, can consider staying here.

The hotel is a bit dated but I am ok with it. It has a pool and gym room. Breakfast is quite good and the room rate is reasonable. Location-wise it is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to BTS station, shopping malls Emporium and EM Quartier. There are many Japanese restaurants around the hotels. We stayed 2 nights here and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Rooms ,Good breakfast. I have stayed here several times and the atmosphere is very good.
Let the Restaurant CoCo start once again soon for Dinner and Lunch like previous times.
