Had a great wonderful stays here. All stars go to excellent service-minded from staff. They are all helpful and treated us very well. I forgot my stuff at a lounge in a lobby and all staff both in reception and bar were helpful to kept my stuff and remembering me.

My room is nice with great view of BKK city both day-night time.

Location is convenient Easy to go any places in a city since nearby skytrain and subway station.

The reason I am only giving it 3 stars is because the fridge in the room does not keep anything cool. It is actually hot. I let front desk know and they offered for me to put stuff in their fridge. Stains on the table, probably not stay again. The hotel staff are very friendly and are trying to be helpful but they should have changed out the fridge.

Very nice room with a great view and perfect location but the hotel was not managed properly. We stayed in the Junior suite for 7 nights in total.

Room: the room was nice and spacious but the toilet seat was slightly broken and the door sign for room cleaning/don’t disturb was broken. The room needs some touch ups because a lot of things looked a bit worn out.

Breakfast: Lots of guests were walking around coughing without wearing masks. Some guests had very low hygiene standards and was picking food with their hands at the buffet some people started eating at the buffet, gathering around the food and talking over the food. All these things made me feel very uncomfortable and we decided to skip breakfast even though it was included.

Cleaning: When we checked in and entered the room there was still trash (empty water bottle and snacks) left from the previous guests on the floor and handprints and other stains on the window. We had the room cleaned again.

Others: When our laundry was returned it came back with underwear from another guest. Our room came with access to the executive lounge but it was closed and we were told to use the normal lounge. The Spa was closed.
Also they charged us a very expensive deposit which they cancel at checkout and it takes 14 days to be processed. We had to pay 20,000 THB for 2 nights. It didn’t make sense to us. Other hotels can deduct the amount paid for deposit from the final payment.

The staff were nice and friendly but overall it felt like the hotel was not managed properly. All the inconveniences were small things but they just add up and the overall experience wasn’t how we had expected. I think with the price we paid, we would have been able to stay at a better hotel. Unfortunately, I don’t think we would be staying at this hotel again. It’s a bit sad because even though the hotel is a bit old, if more attention was paid to details it would have been fine.

Breakfast menu needs more variety. Kitchen closes by 10pm. So food cannot be ordered while having drinks at the rooftop bar. Rooms are good.

I stayed her after an awful experience in the Pullman Grande around the corner. Staff here at the Radisson was much nicer and more professional and helpful, however the rooms were quite similar. The headboard of my bed had sooo many stains on it (I really don't want to know what kind!). There were stains inside the closet and around the doors too. I requested a different room and got one in slightly better condition and a fruit basket as compensation - very thoughtful. The pool was great, lobby nice, the breakfast buffet was disappointing though. No mango, no Nutella, just a limited selection of stuff. Again, I don't know where the 5 star rating comes from, I'd give it 4 max. I really recommend some renovation and thorough cleaning.

I have stayed in Radisson for 2 nights, my experience started with putting me in a room with broken electrical power and mentioned to be non smoking which i found full of smoke. The room was real in not really maintained properly. There were a stains everywhere. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the level of Radisson brand. The receptionist was really nice , her name was , i think, Wananmai , she came up to me and changed my room to 17th floor room which was ok but i found that it’s not in the premium floor .
She apologized, and changed it to 24 the floor room which was a good room and she brought to me a complementary fruits but the floor tiles was not fixed well.
Anyhow, my experience with this hotel , it needs yo have a good maintenance room.
The receptionist was really good , she should work somewhere five stars hotel else.
