Very pleasant two week stay at affordable price.
The staff was so helpful and friendly.
Our room was cleaned nicely every time we asked.
Our first day we noticed that the shower head was not spraying probably. The next day they installed a new one for us.
We really appreciate all the staff; the door man, front desk, cleaning and maintenance, and all restaurant staff.

Hotel is nice, polite staff, nice location, swimming pool. Food is also good.. they provide washing machine in rooms so for me, i was able to wash few of my clothes which i re-used during my trip to thailand. I really thanks them for the same.

I think there is nothing i dis-like.. i highly recommend them if you are willing to stay near metro station, and also, there is a food street in front of their hotel, so you can enjoy that as well.

Loved our stay there. The rooms are big and spacious. The cleaning staff are good , they cleaned and restocked amenities on a daily basis. The breakfast was okay but not many options but the food taste was really good. The behaviour of the staff was really friendly and professional. The only down side is the location as we shifted from Carlton and Legacy Suites was a bit far from nearest 7/11. But if you can walk then you'll have no trouble reaching Terminal 21 but those with kids or older people need Tuktuk or taxi to reach for sure

Large clean modern Rooms for a very decent price. I had the balcony Suite 58sqm with livingroom kitchen, bedroom and s very nice bathroom. For a room like this you easily pay double at other hotels in the Sukhumvit area. Maybe it's still a kind of temporary discount but it was the same half a year ago.
Absolutely love the room. The staff is nice, helpful and discrete
You will not find better value for money in Bangkok.
Clear recommendation.

Humble on the outside but generous inside. The room very spacious, it is basically like a home.
This perfect for business traveller and visitors who like to travel light, there is washer/dryer wachine in corner and premium room.

I stayed at Legacy Suites for around 15 days in July 2022. I have to say this, normally I never write reviews unless it's about complaining about something ????…. But the Hospitality and comfort I experienced at Legacy Suites were just amazing and I needed to write a few words about it.

I had booked the Suite Room with a Balcony. As I arrived early in the morning, I request the General Manager, Mr. Wirote Ongzine if he would maybe allow me to check in early as their normal check is in the afternoon. Mr. Ongzine, was very prompt in his response and graciously offered me an early check in as the room was ready.

My room was on the 6th floor, they have Key cards which allow only access to the guests with cards to reach their respective floor/room. The staff at Legacy Suites were all very welcoming with their smiles and greetings.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices along with my favorite being the French toast and Freshly brewed Coffee. The staff were very quick to respond to my request and went out of their walk to ensure my pleasant stay.

I have stayed at different properties in Bangkok but the Hospitality I experienced at Legacy Suites was memorable and this will from now on become the place I will always have as my first choice for all future visits.

I stayed at Legacy Suites last Thursday night. August 25th, 2022. I was in Bangkok for a meeting at the Jasmine Hotel on Sukhumvit and Legacy suites seemed to offer value for money. I might have stayed at Jasmine, but they were full.
The hotel is currently under renovation, so there is some construction going on, but once I found reception, everything was easy.
The room I had was well appointed with the exception of power points at the desk area. To be fair ther were 2 power points there, but both were taken up with the WiFi and the cordless phone. This seemes a little short sighted to me as most people would be using the desk to carry out work and no power available is a downside.
There is a small table for eating that can be, and indeed was used by me as a desk, so all is not lost.
The room is more like a serviced apartment with microwave and dishes available for use.
There is a bathtub and separate shower, with plenty of hot water that is almost instant. This is a nice change from hotels where you have to wait for hot water.
Also, in room amenaties included a full suite of, sewing kit, shaving kit, 2 tooth brushes with toothpaste, cotton buds, comb, nail file, shower cap etc. It has been a long time since I have seen a full set of amenaties provided at such a reasonable room cost.
The sheets were cleran and crisp, with plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. I slept well.
Berakfast the following day was nice there was a small buffet, but everything I could have wanted was available and there was no lack of good food.
I will return to lLegacy Suites.
