Disappointing

While reading the reviews on all booking websites I realised that we (sadly) did not get the same experience. Firstly, the room was not like the pictures, they were old, poorly maintained, as there were water marks in the corner of the bedroom, mold in the shower and various stains that could be easily removed if someone cared enough.
The wifi did not work once during our 8 nights stay, even after we called to inform the lobby (2 bars maximum). Also the bed was really hard :(

Now for the positive side, the location is not bad, it's not exactly next to the BTS but the free tuktuk sure does help a lot. There are adorable kitty cats in the building and the security guards at the entrance are very sweet. The rooms are big and it felt like an apartment, too bad it's not that well maintained.

Nice Quant spot in the heart of thonglor. Everything is clean the rooms are nice. The only issue I had was the elevator buttons are a bit annoying as sometimes it takes a while for the buttons to work.

Reasonably priced, very clean, looks like photos. Had a little trouble with wifi but they fixed it quickly. 24 hr. Security and friendly staff. I stayed here for three months.

nice rental residence in the middle of ekkamai. the rooms are a little old but the layout and space are comfortable like an apartment. staff are nice, amenities are available as well room service. parking available bottom floor.

We stayed here on 2 occasions during our trip to Thailand once for 5days, and we were so delightfully surprised that we came back on the return leg of our trip and stayed for another 3days. The apartments are clean, the staff are well mannered and very polite! We thoroughly enjoyed our stays and when back in Bangkok... we know exactly where to stay! Thank you for being great hosts and being extremely well priced for all the excellence that you'll offer.

Location is very good. Room is pretty small (smaller than in pic). One receptionist (short hair) and guard and driver are very nice. Room keeper didn't say sorry or anything and nit friendly. She didn't make up the room just gave new big towels (no change small towels). The staff we met when checking out didn't smile, saying thank you for staying with us or anything. She asked if the room keeper provided small towels or not, we said no and she just said ok.... Not professional and maybe no training for staffs.

Decent for long stay. Positives are super helpful and friendly staff, negatives are pool exposure to sun (only afternoon), tiny gym and inadequate kitchenette if wanting to cook (bring own knife, can opener, potato peeler).
