I bought an article from this company and after unpacking it abroad we found out that there was something wrong with it. Communication with the customer care department of the company was started and they did their utmost to facilitate and try to solve the issue. Unfortunately this issue could not be solved and the company granted me a refund for the article.
This is a perfect example of what customer care should be like.
