The location is wonderful—right beside a night market for food and walking distance to interesting spots, close to public transport. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good and large. Our first room’s bed was very hard. The second room’s beds were much better. Our air conditioning did leak, but when we reported it, they fixed it. I found it quiet and clean and the price was good.

Very good location, right next to the hotel on the left is cheap street food. Seafood, fried rice, deserts, everything you can name of. The hotel is very clean, basically everything you need is there. Breakfast is simple, but have freshly made omelette. I don’t find the air-conditioning very noisy as what the others have said. I don’t find it dirty. I don’t find it unpleasant. With this price, it is a great deal.

Premium location, near to everywhere. 20 minutes walk to several mall, beside Nana Market where they sell snack, street food etc in the morning and sea food at night with affordable price.

No parking space available that make a bit difficult to reach taxi or grab, but there is a helpful security who always open the door for you and greeting you.

the elevator is safe because it can only be accessed with your room card, but sometimes the room card is not work properly.

Room and bath room is quite large but the cleanliness need more improvement.

Breakfast at hotel is standard but enough to get some energy for your morning activity. There is omelet, rice with some veggie and sandwich with some bacon and sausage, tea and coffee milk also provided.

Overall i can give 7 of 10 for this hotel in its class.

Pretty average place, located just under the express way from sukhumvit, rooms are dated and need desperate refurbishment. Service is ok. Breakfast was disappointing but the staff are polite .. nightly rates @ usd 55 ..
Expected more but since location is conveniently near to the nana plaza it should suffice for a short stay ..

Adequately located at BTS stations. 7-11 and many well-known fast-food joints are around.

The room is spacious and they have good variety of TV channels for all nationalities. The room service needs to improve more as the cleaner is sluggish and doesn't properly clean the floor and bathroom well. I even found trash on the floor under the desk.

The reception was okay but they don't speak English well, which you face communication issue if you're asking or need something.

Comfortable room and really friendly staff. Breakfast is good but limited selection eggs and omelets cooked to order. Limited other facilities in the hotel, but a 7-11 at the front door, as well as a Domino's pizza (I'd give that a miss, it was the only food I have ever had reaction to in Thailand) just by the hotel are two fish stalls with great food and good prices too, plenty of other services close too, such as Bullys bar etc, and an easy walk to the Nana nightlife and Phloen Chit metro station. This was a repeat visit and great value for money.

The lobby looks fine, but when we get into the room it is a nightmare. Air conditioner is not working, no extra plug for you to charge your phone. All furnitures are super dirty and worn down. And it is totally different from the website photos. We just stay in the room for 30 mins and we can't stand it and check out immediately. It really ruin our mood. The owner is not honest.
