Quite small compare with other big branches. However, they have pretty much everything you need for a new house (shelves, bedding, other household items, electronics). If you are looking for a specific electronic device, better go to HomePro or Power Mall because they will have more options for you to choose. This place only good for basic furnitures and decors. Staffs cant speak English but very friendly.

Premium furniture store and provides a design service. Has great promotions at times and helpful staff.

Helpful staff if you are english speaker and they speak some English . If not your communication will be slow and they would just kindly smile and say yes , even when it means no. and you might just get an unpleasant surprise. Anyhow, be patient and kindly asked for help, especially from managers who speaks English, they are willing to help out.

Upstairs staff are helpful, but twice I have gone in to get kitchen items and the ones on display have are not available. It just happened with kettles and three of the ones I would have gotten were on display but not in stock. Just take them off the damn shelf! Also very hard to find staff who seem to actively avoid you.

I had a great experience shopping for, and having furniture installed at my home. I found the sales person professional, and the same with the guys ho came to install the various pieces.

They had a fair bit of installation to do, and did a fantastic job. I am a very pleased customer.

Very very good and well-trained staff and service, especially the thin looking quite young guy who help to assembled the furniture i bought. Really appreciate!

Overpriced and don't have in house technicians to help install home appliances. Instead they outsource to people for side jobs who aren't necessarily the right fit for the job and are not provided enough information either. This puts the outsourced technicians in a bad position. And in my case could not complete the install. Will return the product and buy from a homepro or other organization that shows superior service until the job is complete, not just good service up to the point of transaction.
