Overall extremely happy with this hotel!

Bed was extremely comfortable, could have slept in it all day long.
Bathroom was spacious enough but oddly laid out with the shower door seemingly put on backwards? But the shower itself was great with a rain shower head above and a hand shower also.
Staff in the hotel are extremely polite and happy to help with anything you need.
Location is good dependent on what you want, it seemed to be in the heart of Little India and down the road is a Korean restaurant hub, but there's a train station less than a 5 minute walk away (but needs stairs to get to and from it) also Terminal 21 is less than 10 minutes walk away which has a great food court for local food in it!

The hotel did not fit the price. Looks better on the images than in real life. Some stains in the rooms. The staff and the service was very good though. Also the location is good. We got a room with window to the main street and it was too loud for sleep. We got moved to another room no problem.

A soon-to-be outdated looking hotel in an average location. Photos of the room and and swimming pool were actually much smaller than appeared on photos.

Rooms were small for the price and was not ergonomically friendly, not even room for 2 hand-carry luggage with shower doors that only contortionist would not complain. Had to carefully map out the toiletries around the sink as space was limited.

Housekeeping could be improved as under the toilet seat were remnants of previous guest.

The loud music from adjacent bar did not make my stay any better.

I'd give it a 2.5 star given the option.

Wasn't quite happy with our stay at this hotel. I actually booked this hotel because of Good reviews but unfortunately it wasn't our best stay overall. We booked the Premier room and did not like it as it was very tiny
so we had to upgrade to a grand Premier room which was much bigger but with extra charge which wasn't worth it. Customer service was not the best. Only bell boys were very courteous. Pool was absolutely small. Breakfast overall OK. This hotel is more for business people I would guess not really for couples or families as there's no entertainment or any such activities in this hotel. I don't think I can honestly recommend this hotel as there's heaps of better hotels close by for the same price. I have to conclude by saying its more of a 3star.

Great value for money in these Covid times. Newly refurbished, bright and clean and the staff are attentive and responsive. Our Aircon failed and we were in a new room in 5 minutes. This hotel is 10 minutes from everywhere on Sukhumvit, Pier 21, Nana Soi 4 (for nightlife), and surrounded with restaurants, street food and massage parlours. Take your pick. Stayed twice in the last month and will return.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, we ordered a superior room and it was fine, bed very comfortable, and also had a nice view. The generous breakfast. And my husband since he was a couple of bad days, we had to order room service and the food was also very good. Excellent very friendly staff, from the guard at the reception girls, and behaved very well when my husband needed medical attention. They are ideally located one block have a sky train station. In the vicinity are many restaurants and places to drink. There is a shopping center 21terminal to repeat without hesitation.

Very comfortable beds great room service clean and all that we needed. Food was delicious, well presented delivered hot to our room. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff. Pool was a bit cold but it was raining at the time. Great location so many bars and great food places you didn't have to go far for anything, 7 eleven just round the corner. Easy access to taxi and tuk tuk. I recommend Alex for lunch or dinner the duck was beautiful. View from pool bar
