From the moment of our check in the staff have been exemplary. So helpful and friendly. The room is very well appointed and the bed so comfortable. The shower is good and hot and good pressure which is something I see lacks in some other hotels. The food is lovely, and dined on the rooftop last night, and everything was cooked perfectly. My steak tenderloin so juicy. My wife loved her scallops. The pool area is good but it lacks something for little children. It’s more suited to older children or adults. I have to say the concierge though is brilliant. So good at his job. Everything that was asked of him was never an issue and done exactly as how he said it would be done. The only 2 things that disappointed were, no minibar, and while there was room service, I couldn’t find a menu anywhere If you’re looking for a wonderful hotel to stay while in Bangkok, look no further than here.

A Beautiful, Comfortable and Modern Hotel in the Center of Bangkok. I stayed for several weeks and had excellent service, a beautiful room with lovely views and a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed incredible food from top chefs , and had the pleasure of interacting with very attentive, kind and courteous staff. Excellent location right on Sukhumvit, direct access to BTS train, many cafe's, restaurants, luxury shopping, and attractions in close proximity. The hotel amenities are fabulous, a wonderful full modern gym, a peaceful pool with excellent views and relaxing steam room to unwind. There are several amazing restaurants to satisfy all your tastes Market Cafe', has one of the best breakfast buffet's and serves award winning Thai food, there is also a lobby cafe', with coffee. teas and decadent sweets delights, a rooftop bar u0026 restaurant with incredible views and a SKY bar on the very top, a great place to to unwind with a fabulous drink, music and a stunning view. I can't say enough about the service and kindness I received during my stay. Look forward to returning to this lovely hotel soon.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.

Great location, only 4 years old so nicely modern and everything works very well. The suites are great - a real home from home in Bangkok.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend. Fantastic service, convenient location, clean and big rooms with user friendly layout.

Hotel is conveniently located, beside BTS Nana and nearby Terminal 21 mall. Also surrounded by 7-11 and my favourite 300 baht massage shop as well as food stores.

Reception was friendly and attentive, allocating rooms on the same floor and expediting early check in. Really appreciate Top who patiently attended to my group, allowed early check in and arranged for rooms on the same floor. Check out (even at 6am) was speedy and fuss free.

Special thanks to Yo from concierge who enthusiastically assisted to call restaurants to make reservations and assisted with my friend's receipt of packages. Concierge was extremely helpful.

Room was big and clean. Bathtub big enough for me to soak in all the way, king size bed with clean sheets. Hot water and Cold air con that adjusts very quickly. Special shout out to housekeeping that is fast and attentive, providing extra facial cotton, facial soap and tissue without needing any prompting.

Hyatt regency delivered a 5 star stay for me and my group. Will definitely recommend this hotel for guests visiting Bangkok!

The food in general here is top notch, but the breakfast is particularly impressive. The fruit is fresh and ripe and their eggs are cooked to your liking on request. There's also a great variety that you won't find with standard intercontinental breakfasts.

Their room and facilities are also well kept and modern.

Staff and housekeeping are friendly, efficient and helpful.

This is definitely a great place to stay. It is conveniently located and it is within walking distance to Terminal 21 and Nana station. The bed is fantastic and comfortable so were the pillows. The toilet and shower are superb. The room service is also great and there were unlimited supply of bottled drinking water.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room quality and view considering this is a category 2 Marriot property. Everything is modern and very clean. The location is very good if you are into the crazy Bankok nightlife scene. People watching out front was the best in the world. A total scene but very safe. Food, weed, and entertainment options are everywhere. My only suggestion is to improve mattress and pillow quality. If that was done I’d rate the hotel 5 stars.
