Have chosen this hotel for our long term stay in Bangkok.Adjustment required for WIFI (sometimes not working good in the evening), breakfast, some towels and furniture. No food available in the hotel after 2 pm, but it wasn’t a problem as there are many restaurants around, or you can cook, or order Grab. Nearby is a very big shopping mall, supermarkets, massage salons and everything necessary. I liked the size of the rooms, necessary appliances available (washer and dryer), birds singing, cleanliness. But more than all I like the staff, who will definitely make your stay smooth, pleasant and unforgettable. Felt like at home. These people make this place!

What a great place to stay, the rooms are huge and very clean as is the whole hotel. The roof top pool and breakfast area are stunning. A good selection for breakfast and a fantastic lunchtime menu. About 200 metres from Terminal 21 shopping centre and the Skytrain and underground station. Fantastic location for transport links and tge staff are all wonderful. Great place, highly recommended

They did not offer upgrade or any benefits to Accor Platinum member despite having the entire range of rooms/suites available for booking in the app and on their official website - both at the time of booking and arrival.

The keycard reader for the room we got was dysfunctional and glitching so we had enough and organised another accommodation and asked for a refund which they processed ????

On a more positive note - the man who handled our baggage was very friendly and hospitable ????

Would I return? No.

A great place to stay and chill at the rooftop pool. Also sauna and steam rooms up there. No bar or food service except breakfast on weekends and lunch at the pool restaurant. Limited menu. Honesty " bar " for self service drinks, ice creams and snacks. May be there will be more as visitors to Thailand picks up. My suite was huge and well equipped. Comfortable large bed. Very quiet so either well soundproofed or no one else on my corridor. Dog friendly. Reasonably close to Asoke BTS, Terminal 21 and Robinsons. There is a free tuk tuk to and back every 30 minutes during the day. Restaurants and bars in the vicinity are walkable. Friendly reception and bellhop.
Couldn't fault it.

Quite difficult to find in the dark as their signage is very discreet. My taxi missed it twice!

It was I thought incredibly cheap for what you get. A French owned Mercure hotel, part of the Accor group.. I guess that will change as tourism revives.

How is it possible that this place full of arrogance could be a part of Accor first of all.

Secondary, when you want to stay for one month, it will not give you any Accor status/reward points, do they follow then Accor Tu0026C???

We could not even bother with this place anymore as we are normal presented with high-level experienced employees from Accor which is not existing at this place at all.

As a Diamond and Platinum level, I lost my words.

Very nice place to stay in a very good location.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and can speak English.
The rooftop with the pool and the gym is so cool.
I totally recommend that place if you plan to stay in Bangkok.

The room was clean. They gave us a warm welcome and provided a shuttle bus to nearby malls.
