Great value for the stay. The room is clean and staff are friendly! The pool has a stunning view as well. The only point to improve is sound insolation is not perfect and the water in the bathroom did not go perfectly. Overall satisfy stay and the area is quiet and nice with many massage shop nearby.

One of the best hotels in bangkok, located in a very good place, it's so clean and the service is excellent. The Hotel is located at a prime location.
Walkable to street markets and shopping malls and massage parlors.
Clean rooms, very accommodating staff, soft beds, plush pillows and sheets, good breakfast.
The staff are extremely helpful and they even recommended cool places to check out in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again.

My room was very clean and nicely decorated and hot water system functioned well. Buffet breakfast was good, although there were not many varieties.
The only setback was the air conditioning, which was a bit noisy. Even though there are L and H selections, the airflow and sound level remained the same for both selections.

One of the meh hotel I’ve stayed so far. Good price but u get what u pay, price is admirably competitive compared to the surrounding area.

Requested a quiet room in a high floor with booking as advanced as 1.5 months and still didn’t get it with the excuse of ‘hotel being fully booked’. Nonsense, I’ve booked 1.5months ago during the time of Thai pass being a thing. Tourism haven’t poured back in so I find it difficult to believe that the requested can’t be satisfied.

Asked for a late checkout and they were pretty strict to their 1230pm requirement. I thought it’s a negotiation with give or take requests, I guess not.

And also the rooftop bar isn’t functioning anymore just furnitures wrapped in plastic wraps.

Very good location with easy access to BTS and MRT. Entrance isn’t the most obvious though and drivers may miss it. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty limited now. A big change from when I last visited 2 years ago.

Super nice hotel! And definitely worth the price! Great location with approx 5 mins walking distances to terminal 21 / BRT asoke station.

I had a good stay of 4 nights here! Room is big enough and super clean for stay! They fulfilled my requests to combine two beds into one large bed as I booked wrongly!

Great services as they will send greeting’s to you whenever they see you! They even helped me carrying my luggage into grab car!

Their rooftop has nice place to chill and there is a sky swimming pool! Also have a small gym room for workouts, located at b1.

This is my 2nd time stay at this hotel, but definitely will not be my last time!

I think the hotel is pretty nice for what they offer and it's location.

Let's start with what is great. Service is quite exceptional, considering it is more of a boutique hotel! The staff went above and beyond for me, and were very polite. I requested a breakfast box for my final morning as I had an early flight, and they delivered! It was a really well made club sandwich.

The room is fantastic for the price. Everything works, maintenance seemed pretty great. And THE BED is fantastic. Makes it really easy to sleep because it is so plush!! One thing to note is that the card slot for power will only work with the room card, since it can detect it.

For downsides, breakfast was not worth the extra SGD 14-15 per night. I would take that money and spend it at some really nice cafes along the same street. Or eat from the multiple street vendors and markets in Sukhumvit. Furthermore, they only start at 7.30am, which is a bummer if you want to head out early for tours.

While on paper the location looks great, it isn't that easy to walk. At night, there is a lot of night life and vendors on the street, coupled with very uneven walkways. The walk back to the hotel is not pleasant, though it is relatively short compared to other boutique hotels.

Overall, I think it's worth the money IF you do not buy their breakfast. Seriously, breakfast at a high end cafe would set you back around 350 THB per person, the same price of the breakfast here.
