Most degrading experience of my life. This is the first negative review in my entire 57 years.

I hope to god people read this review and learn from our experience. My wife went downstairs to pay for WiFi. A drunk and completely irrational old Thai woman started to abuse her while another member of staff watched on laughing.

It turns out the woman is the owner of the hotel. She abused my wife and stated that as I am foreign my wife should pressure me to pay more. She told my wife she should not be with a "falagn" and it was shameful.
My wife came back to the room crying. We have filed 2 complaints with the tourist police and the tourism office.

I have also informed Dr Lasántu of the Thai chamber of commerce who has said he will investigate personally.

My girlfriend made the booking. It's probably the worst hotel in the world. No joking
