Staff not much paid attention to guests

The negatives first.
1. The reception is slow, inefficient and speak lousy English.
2. The room service can't seem to speak any English at all so forget about ordering any room service.
3. The hot water in the shower is barely warm and the drainage is semi blocked
4. The location is way too far from downtown Bangkok and it take 300 Bah by taxi meter and 30 minutes highway taxi ride to get there.

Now the positives.
1. It's relatively cheaper if you order it online way in advance. But then again, if you order anything way in advance, it's going to be cheaper anyway.
2. The WiFi is pretty reliable and fast, a luxurious treat, considering that it doesn't happen in many countries' hotels, actually.
3. It's quite so a good night sleep is possible.
4. The cleaning staff is friendly, though they don't speak any English, they try hard to serve you when you have extra requirement.

No hot water after 23:00. I informed receptionist about this issue and they sent out a technician to my room and managed to fix it. However, it did not work. Still no hot water so they rearranged me a new room which is still no hot water. So, I gave it up and took a shower with cold water eventually. No goodu003eu003c“

Comfortable bed and big nice room.
Breakfast was not good anything

door needed to be locked ***ually. very insecure !Key has room number. if i lose the key, someone can go in easy.poor hotel ***agement decision

Great hotel for a weekend break or while in transit for don mueng which is very close by. Clean rooms and comfortable bed, good breakfast included.

Great food if Head Chef is there.
