Specialist in fresh made Udon that super match with the clear hot soy soup. Also highly recommend to try Aburi Saba which said to be their signature dish. Thanks to chef due to no any fish-smell’s, Saba’s texture was light. I enjoy every bite with softly meat that abundant of skin grill especially when having with alcohol drink. Skillful chef, quality material,original taste I like.????????????????????????????????
