The services and the staff are very friendly but due to the process of social security service patients the que gets extended. The services are quiet expensive to the standard and hope you have a good medical insurance. As usual the hospital has the team and all facilities. As a patient requires patience. At times the reception lobby is bit crowded. The front desk people are very kind and helpful and however some staff may be able to communicate fluently in English because it’s not their first language. The private rooms are well maintained and the nurses carry the big load. The hospital is well connected to the city center downtown area with malls, hotels, restaurants and convenience stores. The special outdoor parking with shuttle transfer service is excellent and reliable. Don’t forget to stamp your parking ticket before leaving or exiting the hospital. Overall a good hospital in the city center with easy access to transportation, food and shopping. All major Thai banks ATM machines are available in the premises.

Nursery and pregnancy related service is good. All nurses in the nursery is good. However parking is an issue. I get exclusive parking only when I drive my convertible. Any other time and they make me park in the outside parking. I think vallet should be made operational. Prices are high. But life over money. They shouldn't make it a business so obvious as I can feel the pain it might be for those who can't afford. Service issues sometimes but everytime they take a rude tone, I make it clear who they are talking too. Otherwise awesome. Love the nursery and the pregnancy related doctors and that's it. For my PD I will go samitivej soon.

Terrible experience. Went for the teeth scaling, first was surprised that they had a girl in the room who speak English (later it tuned to be a translator. For a doctor!! Charged 750 baht just for that), the doctor didn't speak English even a word, but seems to understand me perfectly. So what I've got for the 15 minutes: lot's of pain, damaged bleeding gums and the bill of 2200 baht.

Shame shame shame...I wouldn't ever recommend people to go there from what my family has experienced. Giving patients unknown pills to make them look seriously ill, in which giving n were forced to give my mom unknown pills without no good reason. My mom wasn't so gravely sick until she went to this hospital. They scored and charged high amount of money. After recharging not providing any recipt of what medicine were given to her in the first place that made her gravely ill. Go to a better hospital not to a unresponsive, shameless, uncorporative, poor service, not providing proper health care and facility, and also puts on an act. If you do care for your loving family members don't put them on the hands of the grim reapers.

Came to see back specialist and at the same time did health check package. Promotion great value and efficient service. Will be my hospital of choice from now on!

Lazy lazy lazy and shameless. People have 10 kilo makeup and high heel, but no one know their own system. Nurses play on their expensive iPhone when patients are hot and crying without water to drink. Doctors drive expensive Mercedes but no cheap fan for patients waiting for COVID test. Farang told to go back without PCR if they don't have 140,000 baht cash. Shame shame shame, shame people shame!!!!

This hospital is sucked. I am not going to mention this to all of them, but one doctor I met isn’t good at analyzing the symptom.
He’s a gold digger.
