Came with no expectations, leaving disappointed anyway…. Go somewhere else.
Booked a table and preordered food. Still had to wait ages for it to arrive.
They served few mains first… and when they got cold already than we received rice and only after we asked where it was. It was sitting on the service station, they just forgot to bring it to our table. We were missing bowls for soup and some cutlery. Staff was unorganised and inattentive.
That would be ok, I’ll just shrug shoulders and say “Whatever”… but not with the prices they charge.
Food had a contemporary touch to it. The taste was good with attention to presentation. I really enjoyed the chicken in bamboo.
They have a good selection of beers.
Surrounded by trees and nature, the environment is really nice. Especially at sunset, good time to enjoy one of the imported beers. It is disappointing to see the treehouse being run down and not maintained. Most areas are just catching dust.
I rarely leave bad reviews. Usually I just assume that maybe I’m not their target customer. But this time I was very upset. Food was good but service with poorly maintained areas killed the whole experience.
I hope the managers will read this review. Please, wake up or change your profession. This place have potential however not under this circumstances.
I would give it another chance if I’ll see some changes.
