The course was nice to play, layout very good. But the club house was a disaster, wish there will be some good investment there, it deserves that.

As everyone has noted, the clubhouse and surrounding facilities have much to be desired, however, the fairways and greens are a very pleasant surprise. This is a well designed course and although the fairways are brown from limited irrigation, the croundskeepers have kept them well manicured. The greens are good and roll true. Overall, a good value for the price even on a weekend. Well done Crystal Bay!

Sorry, but didnt like so much. Owners dont invest to the course. There are many better places by same price.

I enjoyed this golf course. Plenty of interesting holes.
The only issue was the green speed on the front 9 was lightning fast and the back 9 was slow. They had replaced the greens, and will
Replace the back nine soon.
Very enjoyable.

The information I read of Crystal Bay made me wanted to go early and have a nice warm up session before the other players arrive. Well, I was disappointed, and this is why.

1. They do not have a driving range which the website state they do. So do not go early like I did to find out there is not one.

2. The practice green at Course B is only good for chipping. It is not a green you can practice putting (no holes) or chipping.

3. The caddies are not well knowledge of the greens. At least the one I had. So putt on what you see and how your feet feel on the greens. I am sure you do well. Do fault the caddy because I warn you.

The good things about the course:

1. The lady working at the Pro Shop was very helpful upon my early arrival, and if you ask about the driving range, she will tell you to speak to the starter.

2. The course was very challenging. It looked easily from the tee box, with wide fairways but once you on it, the fairways and greens will make you play. B course greens were fast, and C course greens were slow. Fairways reminded me of Germany and Korea golf courses. Very little flat lies and straight putts on this course. The ball will be either above your feet, below your feet, uphill or downhill lie. On the greens, no straight putts unless you are within a foot of the hole and then make sure you go for it cause it will detour.

3. Overall I rate the course a 3 because they do not have a driving range and a real practice green for the players to warm up before playing.
