1. Staff is nice till you want to move out. Don’t go to this place monthly renting, especially through agency. With agency they will ask you to sign the contract for one year but the monthly price won’t change as I found out it later. Without contract you won’t lose your deposit and you will still have to pay the same monthly rent price. As I lost my deposit and they even blocked me as nobody even opening messages anymore. Beside that I informed that I will need to move out earlier, and it was okay in the beginning. Usually if you signing the contract for one year, the room’s price is going lower. So I lost my deposit and I paid the same price as people without contract.
2. You will pay for electricity and water half monthly room renting payment. I didn’t really use electrify but the payment was very high. As they print their own bill. And of course they will show you printed by themselves units you spent. You can’t prove anything there.
3. You will hear chair moving sound which will wakes you up at night and early morning.
4. Be careful with housekeeping. In the beginning they’ve messed up my room several times. Only at the almost end I got good one.
