Booked 2 bedroom suite with 4 beds but only got two queen size bed in each room. The reception tried to asked to pay for the room again after it’s already been paid in full online already. Stand there for awhile and had to make them double checked! At first they didn’t want to check and started arguing with me.
The rooms are nice. They only give two set of towels! for each room. They also will not come in and clean up each day and give you any fresh towels! We stayed 3 days 2nights day they charge you extra for the bath towels 60 baht each!
For the price we paid shouldn’t have to paid for extra towel. The bathroom are ok. Not as clean as it should be. No extra toilet paper. There was only one roll in the bathroom. Our room have two bathrooms but can only use one!
They will tried to charge extra fees! Make sure you check everything on the bills when you check out! Will not be coming back here!!!

2 building ; Jasmine - recently open , and
Residences building - old one.
I had two bed room (b) in residences building which is quite old but very clean.
Room is big and function enough for family stay.
Facilities in hotel are separated in two building ; swimming pool , gym, kids room, business room and shared outdoor playground, small basketball court.
Location is quite near center in Sriracha but in small alley.

Overall is good.

This place is great. It has everything you need! The pool is lovely. It has a deep end and a kiddies pool with a jacuzzi area! Steam rooms, gym, reading room and a kids playground.

The Japanese restaurant has the best Japanese food in the area! Everything was fresh and tasty.

I can't wait to stay here again! Love it!

Very nice facility, well designed and well maintained. It features many services and amenities, including a playroom for thenkids and a mini shop. I only stayed one night for work but it made me feel like I want to go back there. Only downside, breakfast was very basic.

I came to checked in late about 10pm but the staff is waiting for us with warm welcome, they are so kind and nice. We booked for luxury studio, the room is very clean and I like the restroom so much. I will come back to stay longer next time for sure!!!

love the service of the staffs!
All staffs were very friendly, especially Ms.Pui was very helpful by checking with the hospital for information and helping me manage this journey in pandemic.

Good floor plan and furniture in the room.
Great Japanese breakfast. Good swimming pool. Good Recreational room for kids. Quiet environment.
