Location itself is very superb. Receptionist is very nice. Room is clean and big, but the smell from an air conditioner is not fresh enough. As a service apartment, the room is big. The facilities are exceed expectation compared with the same other service apartments in Si Racha. I love the infinite pool view and onsen.

The quality is beyond the price. The full furnishing room makes you feel like you are living in a condominium. In the room, you can find a fridge, vacuum, cloth iron, stove, microwave, 2 safes and TVs in every room. They also provide very nice facilities such as a swimming pool and kids room. The car park is good. Service is good. The location is good. The hotel is behind the Central Sriracha shopping centre.

If you stay at this hotel, you might want to request for rooms away from the city side. The noise of disco bass blasting even on weekday night is crazy if one wishes to have a good sleep. I wonder how locals can stand the bass blasting past midnight!

Great stay. It's worth every penny.

Brought the family to Si Racha to take the little one to the near by zoo. Oakwood was great. We got the, I think it's called executive suite, for 5,000b/night. It was well worth the money. It was a very spacious room where we could relax after a long day of family fun. We didn't get to take advantage of the bar on the top floor, but they had great deals and it looked great for a date night. There's also a kid play room on the 5th floor that my little one LOVED.

Normally breakfast buffets are kind of "ehh" at hotels. Oakwood had one of the only breakfast bars I truly enjoyed. Great food.

Something that stuck out to me as going the extra mile; there was an issue with the TV/wifi not working properly. We didn't call about it or anything, just kind of shrugged our shoulders "such is life". The next morning, there was a letter from management slipped under our door, and presumably all guests doors, apologizing for the inconvenience.

Stay 2 night on sat and sunday night, its so chill and quiet at sunday night with their roof top bar. Due to heavy rain before noon the weather was very comfortable for the whole day.

The hotel locates in the middle of city, 1 min walk to maxvalue supermarket, 5 min walk to robinson, also surrounded by alot of Japanese izakaya, yakiniku, ramen shop and etc.

Limited only 2 small bottle of water (600 ml.) for 2 guests per day! ... if you request more ... you have to pay extra 60 THB each.

It made me dissapoint because I just know from room service at 11pm after took a shower and it's not convenient to go down to buy it from convenient store in the night.

I'm so surprise that 5-stars hotel have the policy like this.

If ignor this issue, overall is good.

Everything is good, except their management (unprofessional staff at reservation)!! Got problems once we were booking. But there were not any contact from the hotel. We knew it when we had arrived, and need to pay more to get the room. Did not get enough help from the hotel….
