Caught up in heavy rain and has no choice but to dine in at the hotel resto. So we have to sit indoor, and at 7.30 don't think they did have a live band or DJ yet. The place is dead quiet.

As for food, I don't like it and it is costly. So if you are only coming for food look elsewhere.
To be fair, it is going to be worthwhile if you can enjoy the view and rooftop bar experience.

Absolutely fabulous rooftop bar by the coast. Incredible view from the 48th floor. DJ plays very cool eclectic mix of tunes, the kitchen delivers stellar meals - they both look brilliant and taste divine. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful.
Together it adds up to a 5 star venue that I'll certainly be visiting the next time I'm in town :-)
I particular shout out to Baefern who went above and beyond making this old lunatic feel welcome!

Good service despite pricey food and too loud music for my taste. Most of dishes are expensive but delicious, except grilled beef jim jaew - around THB 500 , do not order too thick and dry not worth the money you pay for.

We arrived right around opening time, the view is beautiful whether you chose to sit inside or outside. I especially enjoyed watching the thunderstorms in the distance from inside. Happy hour is 5-7PM (buy 1 get 1 on specific cocktails and beer). Prices are a bit expensive for Thailand, but the atmosphere is worth it.

It is at 48,49 floor. Very nice roof top bar. There are only drinks and fusion snacks. Price is a little bit higher than normal, but it is worth to come.
