We had a great time at our beach view property! A private beach, no crowd was quite relaxing . Rooms were big and spacious! We did mot use any room service! The property is huge and has varied accommodations! Choose their best and you wont be disappointed!

Decent hotel
I stayed for 3 nights for a business trip so mostly wasn’t at the room much of the time.

Pros
- Room are very clean (thanks for the maid come to clean and change, collect trash everyday for us)
- Next the beach (deluxe garden view)
1 mins walk to the beach
- Breakfast tastes very good!! A lot of choices
- Very near to famous restaurant and bars

Cons
- Facilities aren’t well maintain (old)
- Swimming pool at the club open only Fri-Sat-Sun (It would be a check in point, photo and post on instagram)
- Beach are not clean comparing with the near by property.

Overall is satisfaction except for some points comparing with the price is very worth it for the hotel next to the beach. I went with 0 expectation so nothing disappointing.

Hope they survive after the tourist come back. And improve the hotel.

Quiet and relaxing~
A few steps away from the beach, and breakfast served at their collaborating Alexa Beach Club. For all food (no drinks) you get 10% Discount as hotel guest.
Unfortunately housekeeping forgot to clean our room, so didn't experience any turndown service, but the initial cleanliness was already acceptable.
The staff is supportive and firebdly indeed, yet not as professional as you would expect. Not a big deal for me personally.
It is worth the valie for money, and I'll surely come back ????

Standard room is very clean and looks new. We have a child and she added a extra bed for free. We could check-in before 2.00pm. and bidet shower is available the bathroom. Wow very impressed!!!

I and my family were stayed one night at Pinnacle. We booked Deluxe Garden view thought the Agoda website. I’m expecting to have a garden view in front of our room. The staff provided us room 3114 which is not look like garden view at all. It’s has a view of metal or aluminum fences with the construction behind. And the house keeping leaved the door opened before we arrived and got few mosquitoes in side the room. I’m so disappointed and a bit upset. I called the reception and confirmed with them again if my room is garden view room, they said yes. I said I want to change the room to the room with garden view same as I saw on the Agoda website and hotel website. Then it took 40 minutes to get the new room which are not the garden view (room 3414) It was the view of one apartment wall near by. Later that night I found out that the building of garden view room type were under maintenance because it was dark and empty, no guest stay at this building. The swimming pool was not really well maintain, a bit dirty. The hotel a bit old, the walk way and corridor not so clean and has a strong durian smell. The kids club was so mess like nobody keep them clean and tidy.

But the good thing of this hotel is, has more gardens for kids and private beach.

I will not come back to this hotel anymore.

The hotel location is great, beachfront property, next to THE hangout beach club in Pattaya, close to great beach restaurants like Bacco and Glass House also Ala Campagne which is few minutes drive from the hotel.
It just need a little TLC on the property and get rid off the garbage smell on the lift and surrounding. Otherwise it was ok.

Air-conditioning broke in the middle of the night. We slept through with the windows open as we had drank quite a bit. In the morning, we waited 3 hours for repair and nobody showed up. Followed with no response or service from the reception. TERRIBLE!

Pool water is disgusting. Murky and filled with dust, debris, leaves. Looks like it has never been cleaned for years. Walking in the villa section in the middle of the night is like a haunted house. No lights in most passageways.

I do not reccomend this place to anybody. Avoid.
