The hotel itself is good. You will find yourself in a good and safe location, with easy access to transport, food and beach.
However, the STAFF IS USELESS.
Often they will not be in the reception, and you have to keep on calling them from the back room. When someone does come to you, they either don't speak English or try to communicate or will be rude to you because you asked them to speak to you.
I stayed there for a week and other than the ladies in Room Service, all staff were far from helpful or friendly. Never coming back. Do not recommend.

Depends on the room you get. First time staying there was perfect. Second time, the air was very loud and took a long time to cool the room and the remote control didn't work for the TV even though they replaced the batteries. But overall, it is a great value for the cost.

Bathroom floor not clean. Towel given was old and tear. Bed was good and firm. Welcome drink was nice. Security staff and mechanician were helpful. I dropped thing in the elevator hole and they managed to pick it up for me. Breakfast line got variety of food.

Better than B2 Seaview. At B2 the staffs are not professional in service mind and a room is not comfortable. At Savotel, the room is spacious and nice decoration. Moreover, we can enjoy many utility such as TV, swimming pools, gym, and breakfast food for free in the morning.

It is the best 3 stars hotel in Pattaya. The location is close to the beach and local restaurants. If you want to go out there is taxi service or local transportation song taew not far from the hotel to town. It's suitable for the person who want to get away from busy Patttaya city. The swimming pool is stunning great service and clean room.

Nice, quiet pleasant rooms. Close to the sea and away from the chaos. If you're looking for a lovely pool to chill in then this is a good place. If you're looking for the Pattaya razzmatazz then you might want to give this place a miss. You need a transportation to get to and from the main sorrounding towns

Very lovely place. Rich breakfast. Very clear. Good staff. I like it very much. But far from downtown.
