The room is spacious, functioning.. it shows a lot of thought was put in the design of the hotel. Lovely place and kids enjoy the pool a lot.We love this place. It is superb for family and romantic getaway. Staff are willing and very kind.

Everyone has a good service mind since I arrived the hotel. My room was clean and neat, but It's shocked me a little bit because I remembered that I turned on the light before I went out to take a walk. When I came into my room, the light turned off and got a cute snack on my bed. On the other hands, everything's alright! I'll come to visit here again. ????

We stayed there for 3 nights with 2 room types. Rooms were not great and neat as it supposed to be with this price. Bed and pillows are the worst among all. Cleanliness was bad; dust was everywhere and we even saw a cockroach in the room.

Room service was also terrible. We made only 4 requests over 3 nights stay i.e asking for facial cotton pad (which they didn’t have), extra bottle of water (which they limited only 2 additional per day and, bottle opener and plates. But the service didn’t show up after the 1st call or not even showed up at all.

If this is 3 stars hotel with 3K - 4K, I wouldn’t complain at all.

Beautiful ocean view room, good location and friendly staff. We love the hotel very much, nice and good design of pool. The only comment is staff didn't mention when we checked in that mini bar is included so we didn't touch mini bar at all. It would be great if staff reminds us.

Overall was great. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay. The facilities are good. Spacious room, comfy bed, and a nice view. (I stayed in Seaview Grand Deluxe King room). The hotel is very instagramable. Do not miss the sunset view at the upper deck swimming pool. It's stunning. The hotel staff were friendly and had a service mind. I've got everything I requested.

However, some improvement is needed.
1. Receptionist didn't give us the signature welcome drink. We need to ask for it.
2. Breakfast is average. There are a lot of choices, but the taste can be improved. The breakfast area had limited seats. It can't serve guests at the same time.

I love this hotel. I'll definitely go back. Let's keep improving. :)

the hotel couldn't manage when it's super peak so we had to wait for the rooms for almost 2 hours. Otherwise it's quite ok. But the guy who driving the electric golf cart really impressed me. On Monday 27 Dec 2021, while I was walking to 7-11, suddenly somebody called me and asked whether I'm staying in Ana Anan or not? When I said yes, he took me to the 7-11 and wait for me and sent me back to the hotel. Please convey my thanks to him again.

All the part of reception are good service, I love it.
Good atmosphere and location.
