-The very slow check in process
-The room is old and unclean that I can feel dusts on my feet when walking around the room
-Breakfast is the worst. Low in variety and super poor quality. The color of sausage is very pink which i can find this kind of sausage beside the street.

I choose this hotel every time I visit Pattaya since I was young and the quality is always standardized but this time I am very disappointed. Maybe it’s because of the seminar/meeting of a company? So all customers were included to that low level of service and food. Im very upset.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
This is a hotel that has given up on itself. It's simply the worst hotel EVER.
Where do I start?
1) Staff - took me 15mins to check in but there was no queue. 5 staff were just chatting amongst themselves and ignoring any customers. When they finally got to me, they were floating around, joking and taking their time with everything. I had no hot water and asked 3 separate staff to fix the issue and everyone said 'yes', but 12 hours later still nothing was fixed.
2) Room - dirtiest room ever. Bird poo all over the jacuzzi, no hot water, dirty bed sheets, carpet is sticky and has a mouldy/ musty smell in the room. Air con was freezing and the temperate gauge didn't work. Worse still there's a sign asking you NOT to turn off the aircon. And no hairdryer... but you can buy one has a 'souvenir'.
3) Food - worse than prison food. Bland, cold and poor quality. Many guests ended up buying cup noodles from the 7Eleven downstairs for breakfast instead!

- TLTR: quality unreasonable with the room price.
- Takes toooooo long to check-in u0026 out (less staff at the reception).
- The room is very old and dusty. When i walk in the room, i feel the dust on my feet. The type of bathroom floor is not suitable for making a bathroom. I slipped in the bathroom, which hurt me a lot. My arms and legs were all bruised????. I can’t event get into my own room because of the broken door lock (staff use a master key to unlock).
- The breakfast is the worst. Low quality and variety compared to before e.g the super pink sausage that can find in the street food which has very low nutritional value????.
- Feels disappointed about everything I get from staying at this hotel, it's the first choice that comes to mind when my family come to Pattaya since I was a kid.

The rooms are not spacious but it was clean and the staffs are a quite friendly overall I enjoyed the stay.

Worse experience ever. 1 hour to check in, room very old and dirty. Breakfast is disgusting and is served late.

Totally not worth the 3000+ baht I paid per night.

A shame for Thailand hospitality.

Take a decade for checking-in and getting the key. The room is old and dirty. There are scattered trashes on the hotel beach. The room service is poor. Not price worthy.

Very slow check in process and poor management. Young staff are lack of experience. My family wait 1 hour and a half for just check in. I have to walk 10 times to check in counter. Receptionist said they are searching room, that I had booked 1 month ago.
