This is an excellent hotel. It has all the amenities of the name brand hotels. It has massage and spa available, morning breakfast very good. The staff are friendly,rooms are very clean. Wash room has a safe and the AC is great. Showers are excellent, close to shopping and Thai food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and also clear with the options they offered. Don't be shocked to see the entrance to the hotel is a very narrow corridor lined with garment wholesalers. But once to get to the lobby on 2nd floor, it feels nice and cozy. Breakfast buffet is on 2nd floor and pretty decent. Bathroom looked majestic, probably recently renovated. Clean and big enough. Fridge was bigger than most budget hotels. All in all, for the location and service provided, I would recommend it. Although just for a couple of nights.

Good location - lots of shopping at your doorstep with many food options around too; but there are too many cons:

- rooms are not soundproof and you can hear traffic and people from the market downstairs shouting from sunrise to sunset.
- anyone can access the hotel lift to get to the rooms, so it doesn't feel very safe - especially since I have seen several room doors left open at a time when housekeeping was servicing the rooms.
- furnishings are very badly maintained - door panel was peeling, faucet was loose, and there was a moldy / mildewy smell throughout the room
- bed was super firm to the point of discomfort (and I am used to budget travel so my expectations are not that high anyway)

Even if you are just looking for a place to sleep at night, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and great location for shopping. One of my friend room aircond is very noisy but I think it was fixed after made a complaint. Breakfast is decent without any surprise. Not easy to spot the hotel entrance as you might overlook it.

Great staff and we love the location. If you are looking to go platinum mall often or be around the morning pratunam market, this is one of the decent choice for the price.

However we feel the room looks a little run down (bathroom door will squeak when we try to close it, and the room always smell of smoke when we enter)

Hotel directly located above all the female fashion market. Good place for shopping. Room wise, room is okay if you are not too particular about things. I personally find the room too dim for my liking, toilet door no locks and water drainage is a slight problem after bathing as it will flood the toilet a little.

Great location hidden in the shopping paradise???????? the room looked new and comfortable ! The breakfast was ok too, my kid enjoyed it very much. Only the WiFi signal is on and off. Need to log in again and again .. anyway, it’s a great stay with this hotel.
