Booked the Junior Suite for my 3 nights stay and the experience was rather disappointing.

Room was quite dirty, skin itched the entire 3 nights during my stay. No plug in the toilet or on the dressing table so drying my hair was quite tough not having a mirror. Water heater wasn’t working so get ready for a cold bath at night. Furniture looks super run down and no white lights - Entire stay was gloomy. TV screen was shattered so unusable. Gym was closed.

Only good thing was the location. Right beside Platinum Mall with Burger King/Starbucks on the ground floor.

Will definitely consider other hotels in the future.

Rooms are dirty, with terrible smell, probably something stuck in the wall to wall rug due to the cooking in the room.
Even though we booked non smoking room, the cigarette smell combined with the cooking smell was just awful.
The staff is rude, not willing to help.
even though they made a mistake with my booking, they refused to change my room.
Absolutely terrible.

Nice view. Very convenient. A little bit noisy at night even high floor.

room pricing is a steal for what it offers, (paid around $40/pax with breakfast a night)

location is good too

breakfast isn't too good though not many choices even though we went at 8

That was year's back putting up in Grand Diamond. Good location, staffs are always cheerful, helpful in various aspect.
Will surely comes back again if I come to Bangkok the next visit.
