It’s was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Clean room and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very welcoming and allow us to check in early although we arrived at around 10 something in the morning. Nice relaxing environment with walking distance to varieties of street food and malls. Highly recommended place to stay.

Very close to the tram line connection to the airport 5min walk. Nice clean rooms, middle level restaurant with fountains and relaxing space is great too. Unfortunately top floor bar is still closed, never mentioned it before???? hotel is surrounded with shopping centres and bazaars. As usual on Thai streets massage shops every 20m ????

The team at Centara is friendly, well versed and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
The Food is delicious! Don't skip breakfast.
The Rooftop area is open and a lovely area to wind down after a long day.
Bangkok is ready to welcome back everyone from across the globe.
An unforgettable experience.

Supposed it is because of my weekend check-in last evening with an overbooked situation, room cleanliness can much better.

Reception should have also let know in advance that our rooms be on the smoking level, as I have just managed to quit smoking earlier this year.

No worries, I am strong for the next 3 days in this new home ????

Comfortable and very neat and clean rooms ...staffs (restaurants/front office/housekeeping)provide beyond expectations. And promptly service .Food a la cart menu is delicious. Laundry service is excellent

Room was clean and comfortable but 4 out of 5 of my Grabs would get lost coming in. Had an unpleasant experience though - at 4pm the housekeeper came in the room without even knocking. Room was already made up earlier that morning. She barged in and looked shocked I was there then she left without even apologizing. If you stay here, make sure you double lock your room door!

Centara WaterGate Good Hotel. It's spacial thing is it's ground floor a big shopping area and Indian Restaurant. Where you enjoy Indian food. Over all location of hotel is amazing. Easy to exploring Bangkok city from here...
