The worst place we stayed in Thailand doesn't deserve a star.
Toilet was old and rusty i guess place needs renovation and reception hardly speak English and have disaster in providing service.
Won't recommend it for anyone for the price.

We stayed here on arrival to Thailand as our isolation package. This was the most reasonable deal I found for a family of 4. The staff here are amazing, like most places in Thailand such friendly, welcoming and helpful staff throughout our stay. Thank you

So far I am not at the hotel, but I can tell to all people the booking and the help from the workers of this hotel is amazing. Help with every question and always nice

From the outside, the driveway is unobtrusive, but the inside is quite different. Lovely pool, really good food, the staff is very friendly and they try very hard to please the guest. The only complaint is that the bathrooms are not properly decorated.

The hotel was a nice place to stay to start my travels pretty central in Bangkok not a far walk to go to Khao San Road (busy tourist street) only reason I haven’t given higher rating is my sunglasses went “missing” from my room

Really pathetic. Hated the whole stay. We booked 4 rooms and all had similar experience. All 8 of us have decided to review this hotel.

Check-in: Average, allowed us early check-in.

Rooms: Worse than a lodge. Beds have free wheels, the move every time you turn. All beds are uneven and really uncomfortable. The floor was dusty. Despite asking the housekeeping, floor was left dirty.

Toilets: Cramped. The shower was almost over the commode. The shower curtain was dirty. Very slow water through the shower and that's very frustrating.

Mosquitos: Well this is where all of Bangkok's mosquitos come to party.. Had mosquito bites all over body.

Air Conditioning: The vintage AC unit doesn't understand temperature control. It either runs on 16 degree or doesn't work at all.

Guys, if you don't want to ruin your Bangkok stay - stay away from Trang.

It looks as if you in a shady part of town. I took a walk around and the locals were very nice, staff was friendly. I was not happy about the no hot water shower and the towels didn't smell fresh. But that's just me being a snob, overall l had a good experience. 7-11is just opposite the road Should you go, bring your own ext/usb because all channels on the TV are Thai
