Not great - Expensive for what you get!!
A little overpriced for the type of accommodation they provide.
750BHT ($24USD) a night for a twin room including basic breakfast.

Positive - Nice shower pressure, clean towels.

Negative - Very hard beds, thin, flimsy wooden partition between rooms (can hear everything), staff only work until 9pm. Not 24 hours.

Breakfast is cornflakes and toast with jam or marmalade. Tea/Coffee
Communication not good with staff here. The staff don't try and help with any part of your stay/visit, like many places do.
Not the worst place we've stayed bit I wouldnt recommend it to people.

Pros;
1-The location ish (I think ???)
2- The staff is family oriented or ownership
3- Good shower

Cons;
1- The staff disorganized for any guess check-in. I have to call my booking agent "Agoga" afterwards make a international call to the property as I am the lobby (also called lobby/ breakfasts room and children day care all in one)

2- Due the family ownership it won't get any better (If the family doesn't care about the the business and the their guests to make $$$. What do you think happen ? )

4-A 0 Star for my 1 stars would be best

5-The bed's like sleeping on rocks

6- No Garbage bin in the room

7-No TV or cable TV

8- Very high daily rate of 700-800 BHT per night

9-A male staff member which to happy to call the police due the guest check out after 1 night compare to 4 night. (Please all guess have the right to check out after early especially as after one night it global business standard in hospitality.) "Please go back to my country" Such comment as visible minority or black north america will understand how hurt that as was.

10-My generosity was abuse due me paying for the 1 night against my booking agent policy. As feels like the family should get a payment compared to 0.00$ from my Agoda booking would have have gave them.

Overall experience and thoughts:
I have mix feeling due the 2 staff serving me Jan 2 to Jan 3 2020 is a new family with a new born. I can pass the "go back to my country" comment as it out lack of knowledge. And not understanding if all 20 million per year foreigners stay in their countries you can't make money for your business and new born.

I tried to inform them about what you should improve for north america guess like myself would like to stay but as mentioned they prefer to call the police.

My suggestion find another hostel like as the Golden Pagoda Hostel near by was Black and White different from this property. The Golden Pagoda save my Bangkok experience with welcoming smile known from Thailand ????????.

I love this place very much, not only that it is suitable for a person, but because here the management and employees feel that I am at home and among my family by helping me with everything that I express to all of them all thanks, appreciation and love

Very poor, very noisy, poor sound insulation, bad attitude of the waiter, the room is small, not suitable compared to the price.

very new and clean. wish for more food for breakfast.only bread, oat, milk and juice.
