We were at this pier to take a ferry, I don't recall a restaurant. The ticket buying experience was frustration at its best. The lack of English language and the outdated maps posted on official boards was especially troublesome. Some stops have been cancelled or taken out of commission and the official maps do not reflect this.. when you attempt to question the staff about this, they are only able to respond with "no stop"... Leaving you to wonder if perhaps you need to pick a different route, a different ferry..
We were there to take a local ferry a few stops up the river and we got lumped in to the mass of tourists taking some cheesy "tour" of the same river... Because of this we missed our ride.. frustrating. Be aware of all of this and act accordingly. Good luck!
