Good museum of textile. Beautiful thai dress and nice staffs helpful in museum. There are shop to sell thai fabric and goods.

Small museum within the Grand Palace compound. Went to view the King Rama V batik collection. Consider a small space. Two big downside, had to view other exhibitions about Queen Mother's Clothing collections before the staff lead you to the Batik exhibition gallery, secondly no photography allowed (SO NO PHOTOS TO POST IN HERE) Making the visit was not memorable. Lacking of impact. Already to reach the museum location is a challenge as you have to go through dozens of freelance tour guides who offering their services to the point of nuisance.

Beautiful Thai silk dresses collection of much loved Mother of the Nation, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit (photos not allowed). Also, there is a temporary exhibition of Indonesian batik downstairs.

It’s a quick trip around the museum, and some of the dresses are very beautiful. We came as part of a tour of the Grand Palace. It’s not worth going to on its own trip.

Good love story about the former king meeting the future queen. Her gowns are on display. Worth a quick visit if interested in those two things.

Classic building with gorgeous textile collection from Queen Sirikit. There are also plenty of the queen’s batik collections from Indonesia. No pictures allowed on the inside

Good museum if your interested in local history. King Rama 9 devoted husband. And Queen Siskrit an interesting person with significant achievements through her life history.
