Stayed here couple of nights with my boyfriend and I must say it's worth the price. A basic room with enough space, AC (as well as fan), a TV and a private bathroom with hot water for 620THB. Nothing fancy but definitely enough for what you pay. Would stay there again.

The room I was assigned was stinking of cigarettes. They changed it for me without problem.
The attention of the staff is not ideal, they are quite unconcerned with the guests.
The orange juices are spectacular, 100% natural.
Care about keeping toilets clean✅

The location is great. Good value for money at BHT840/night if you're not a broke backpacker. On arrival we were shown to our rooms which were balcony rooms which surprised me as I didn't mention this at check in. May a little too expansive, but in the end good enough.

Small booth style rooms which can be stuffy sweat boxes with only fan. The place is cleanish and is a good passing through one night/two night option. Restaurant and travel agent in the foyer. Lockers available at 10 Baht a day. Guests and friends are not allowed in the rooms.

Perfect place for backpackers, next street from Kao San, therefore much more quiet at night. Facilities: You get what you pay for at at $28/night. Close to the boat taxi and in the middle of the kao san road district. The staff is nice and organized. I can´t imagine staying in this hotel without a balcony.

The New Siam Guesthouse is one of the older places in this area. The rooms are ok in size. Many rooms have no attached bathroom. This guesthouse is like a backpackers with many private rooms. It is very clean but quite dated in design.

Because of the outside bathrooms the banging of the doors will definitely wake you up at 8 o'clock in the morning.

Great location near kao san rd in a quieter area. New Siam III is located on a smaller street right next to Khaosan. Easy to pick up a taxi or tuk tuk. Rooms are clean. There was no wait and we were given our room key swiftly. Lots of cheaper guesthouses.
