This is an awesome guesthouse at its value. Remember one gets what they pay for, and Bella Bella House is a tidy, clean, no frills guesthouse with friendly staff, good food, and a nice location. It’s on the quieter end of Soi Rambutri, but still a minute away from the party action if that’s what one is looking for. Downstairs there’s a decent lobby area where one can sit and eat, drink coffee, and watch the revelling travellers bustle by, as well as locals going about their business, setting up shops, giving massages, making delicious street food, and catering to all our needs. The best part for me, though, is that one learns if you give them time and talk to them, that most of the “locals” aren’t truly from the area, or Bangkok at all, really. They travel from Laos, or maybe Myanmar, and other areas of Thailand, to work, often to send money home to help out their families back home. All and all giving one the feeling that in a sense we are all away from home on our own sort-of-journey-of-life trying to find our own way in this world. I absolutely love it...

You don't come Khao san area to stay in expensive luxurious rooms.
The room I have is dirt cheap, 200 Bath per night and I'm happy with things.
Staff is friendly and the kitchen makes good food.

Nice backpackers hostel with different range of rooms - from single with shared bathroom to double or triple with fans or aircon. I stayed in double with the fan on the 4th floor and had great views of the temple for 420 bhat. Reservations in advance not possible. The staff is really nice. The rooms are clean and quiet. Definitely will stay here when I'll return to Bkk!

We will be back. Lovely ambience with friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Bella Bella is in a handy location with buses and river taxes to everywhere. Much to do see and experience Bangkok.

Excellent no-frills low cost guesthouse. Doubles at 420 baht in upper floors are good value, with temple views or in the back for a more quiet morning. It is a basic place, but they included the WiFi last time I was there. My favorite place near Khao San. Morning Kitchen (restaurant) is good value, people remember you after many years since last visit, it's old Bangkok Khao San style.

Friendly lady at the reception. Rooms are nice for the price and your right in the middle of tourist central but with a good chance to escape towards the river.
Food that I tried was nothing special but that was only one meal.

Very hot without the a.c. room but with the open the window and door cracked open you should be good to go. For the price its not too bad.
