I stayed here 3 nights during my trip to Thailand. The location was right on Khaosan Road. If you enjoy the nightclub/bar scene, this may be a good place for you to stay. However, be warned that Khoasan Road is very noisy at night, and you will hear the music from the bars in your room well into the night. If this is a problem for you, you shouldnt stay anywhere on Khaosan Road. I had no problem sleeping despite the music, but thats just me. The one thing I did not like about staying on Khoasan Road (but this is not the fault of the hotel) was that it was difficult to find an honest taxi driver nearby. Being a big tourist area, they were trying to scam people by not using the meter and if you dont agree, they will refuse you a ride. Every day, I had to walk a couple blocks away to find an honest driver. The only negatives about the hotel was the wifi and the lighting. The signal was weak at best and nonexistant most of the time. In my opinion, any hotel nowadays should offer decent wifi with the rooms. In regards to the lighting, I like to read in bed before I fall asleep, but the bedside lights were so dim, that it was near impossible to read in bed. The room itself was decent. It was clean and had everything a room should have. If you can live with the noise and location (and no wifi), this place is worth the price I paid.

Personnal is sympathetic, but need more professionalism to meet the customers need. What struck me was the good size of the room. Room is equipped with all the fancy features. The flat screen tv and movie channels is a nice escape from the chaos of Khao San Road. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean. The shower set up is fantastic.

It has the comfiest bed and cosy room. I booked the superior room, it was spacious unlike the cheaper rooms. There’s refrigerator, tv and hairdryer provided. At night can hear sound of the music playing from bars outside the alley...but still tolerable, not too loud. Would be better if the hotel includes breakfast, but not a problem because there are lots of cafes open early morning along the road. Convenience stores are within walking distance from hotel. I’ll definitely visit again next time! Great experience here at Khaosan Holiday.

Affordable place to stay on Khao San road. The rooms are a bit small though. But the are clean and the staff are reasonably courteous. Minus one star for the poor hotel policies and attitude of few of the staff. Also the sink is not in the bathroom but in the room. No fan, only AC in the rooms and there is only 1 plug point for the entire room.

Personnal is sympathetic, but need more professionalism to meet the customers need. I cannot compliment the waiters enough. We were very impressed with the facility. Great location on khoasan road but a little side road so not as noisy. Generally the hotel is overpriced for what is on offer.

Lastly don't count on the internet in your room is spotty at best. I could be nice to have free wifi. The bathroom is a bathroom snob's dream. Average very good value for money. We were always greeted with a smile. Air conditioning was not sufficient for the hot weather.

Our stay was not really excellent, but it was comfortable. Location wise,it was really convenient. However, if you are on a budget and you do not have extra money, don't go there. They required us to have a deposit for the key for $50 for one room. Gosh! That is a big amount. 500 baht is okay, but not $50. They'll return it, but if you don't have a spare, find a cheaper one. You always need to check the hotel if they require a deposit.
