I only stayed at Hanu Hostel for 2 nights as a quick layover and picked it because their pricing is very affordable compared to other hostels. I did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised how modern it looked.

Very clean, helpful staff that helped me to make the most out of my stay in Bangkok and the breakfast was included.

If I ever come back to Bangkok, I will definitely check-in at this hostel again.

Best hostel in Bangkok I’ve had so far! Very close to Khao San Rd.
The staff and the service overall was much better than what I have expected, everyone was very friendly more like a Hotel feeling rather than hostel!

My personal favorite was the complementary breakfast and the soft mattresses!

Can only recommend this hostel and would always come back!!

I booked this place with low expectations for budget reasons because i was short on money at the end of my trip. It came as a surprise to me that the Hanu hostel provided Top standard in interieur, Service, Wi-Fi and food. The lobby is modern with an industrial rawness and lots of beton and the rooms are kept in the same style. I felt comfortable and welcome also due to the staff who seem to be good friends. Very positive atmosphere

A bit pricey but this new hostel has amazing bunks with shades, great Wi-Fi and facilities. Rooftop has an incredible view with a fairly decent selection of drinks. Not far from party places so can be noisy at night but with location so close to khao San you're really getting luxury

Pros:
- clean rooms and toilets
- friendly staff
- soft bedsheets
- curtain around the bed
- fast WiFi
- central location
- nice showers

Cons:
- noisy area. Night club it's in front and has loud music until 3am. The small road in front gets busy from early in the morning. If you are close to the window you'll need good earplugs to sleep. The lack of double glazing and insulation on the windows makes it worse.
- The free breakfast is not much. There's is a small table by reception where you can make your own toasts with butter and few jams. There is milk and cereal and cold water from a glass container full of ice. And that's it. There is no free coffee or tea for breakfast. Coffee costs 30 BAHT (1.2 USD).

A nice and clean hostel located a few mins away from Khaosan Road. They have a coffe shop/restaurant downstairs and a pool table, which is nice, and there's a 7/11 very close by, the only bad thing about it, is that it's a bit loud at night from the club on the opposite side of the street, in my case it didn't afect my sleep much, but I know it could be too loud for some "noise sensitive" people.

Good clean AC rooms with good beds and pillow. Only sheets are really tick for the hot weather. Easy distance from club street. Bathrooms where good and bigger than others. Breakfast was not good as you could only go for muesli.
