A peaceful and hidden place to chill in the old town Bangkok. Owners are really nice, they serve good homemade cuisine and have a "mini" bar! If you are looking for an accommodation near Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Wat Saket, this IS the best place to stay at. You can also enjoy the garden, an oasis in the centre of Bangkok!

Vivi and Bowie were such great hosts, they gave us a ton of recommendations for food and travel, and were fun to hang out with in the evenings. The room was simple, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed nearby. The location is close enough (yet just far enough) from the hustle and bustle of Khaosan, many museums and cultural sites, and beautiful temples. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and friendly place. It is far enough from khao san not to hear it (there are two roof bars nearby that are loud enough, but they play nice music) and close enough to reach everything in 15 min. Owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a patio where you can sit, have a drink or cook something as the kitchen is open and fully equipped.

Pro: I like this place, the villa and rooms are fancy, the old villa creates a unique atmosphere. The staff is nice and the place is in a good location.

Con: There is no insulation at all so you can hear everything that happens outside of your room: People coming home or leaving, talking, showering etc. Also you hear the nearby rooftop bar, the street(s) and even the music from Khao San road. The garden is pretty messy, in the whole area outside the house there is plenty of old stuff and garbage laying around. To tidy these things up you don't have to spend any money is just a question of caring about the place. For example in the pathway there were Flipflops in which moss started to grow or there were plenty of empty bottles standing around everywhere. The washing machine looked extremely dirty, after the last party (must have been a while!) the pavilion next to the gate was not tidied up etc. etc.

I think the place used to be like in the photos, but it got long in the tooth. I hope the staff can resolve things!

My favourite place in Bangkok . Beautifull relaxing garden/bar space , very close to all the wonderfull temples and royal palace! The hosts are amazing , sooo helpful and they have all the tips for getting the best out of Bangkok! A must visit!

Such a lovely place to stay..it's near Kao San Road wich is useful to leave Bangkok again by bus..near the waterboat to go to the other side of town..but Vivi and Bowie are giving you the most wonderful, cosy and warm time in busy Bangkok!thank you guys and see you again soon!
