This hostel was more than we could have hoped for, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, cold, and quiet. It is in a great location surrounded by shops, food, and bars. I highly reccomend this hostel. I am so glad we decided to stay here, this was my first hostel and it made a great first impression. :D Also, I hope you get to meet Kate, she is amazing and so kind hearted.

Comfortable and quiet hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wasn't very crowded while we were staying there but it seemed like the name is the game. Good place to sleep, not the best place to meet lots of people. Two ACs per room which made it very cold. We did turn them off manually but in case you can't, be prepared to sleep in a jumper and long trousers.

Generally good for a short stay. I would love to see a legit free breakfast next time I choose to stay here.

I am actually entitled to 4 free breakfast coupons but I only used one since my expectation of free breakfast was not met. I expected a rice meal or something more filling that just coffee and bread.

Compared to the typical prices in Bangkok you get a lot for your money. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the windows are huge and the view splendid, and staff is very friendly. Only downside is that the bath is shared, but since it is well maintained and not shared between many people I didn't find that a problem at all.

Nice place to stay! Comfy bed, great location, got upgraded to a room with window which looked like a penthouse. We would stay here again when we want a private room. Only feedback would be that the communal space could use a personal touch.

My review only concerns the attached restaurant, not the hostel. It's a comfy little space with a surprisingly extensive menu. Service can be slow sometimes but you can see it's because there's a small crew running it so don't go if you're in a rush.

For me, the kana moo krob is the standout dish-- always comforting and delicious!

I din't slept here so I can't say anything about that but I had few dishes at the restaurant and I was impressed about the quality and prices, everything is clean, tasty and well served the atmosphere is great and the stuff very gently...look I always eat on the street but this place deserve a visit for 20/30 baht more then the stalls...really a nice place.
Update June 2018: still a good place but in just few months they changed menu and prices a bit sad because was my favourite place in this area.
