Ridiculous service. We arrived and one of the male employee recorded the number of people in our group and gave us a number. We were told that there was a waiting time of 20 minutes so we were waiting beside the menu stand. After a few minutes, a caucasian couple arrived after us and was waiting for a table too, they were given the number 20 which was behind us - 19.
When a table finally cleared up, a female employee totally ignored us who were standing right beside her and directed the caucasian couple to the empty table. My friend clarified with her and said that we came first, literally given the number 19 and the employee just shouted at us to wait for a next available table.
????? Well well well what’s the point of recording and handing out numbers if it does not mean something??? If your employees have the jurisdiction of choosing the customers they liked to serve, I would suggest giving each employee the same amount of power. Perhaps a vote could be conducted for every customer that enters the restaurant.
Should they be granted the utmost honour of dining at your restaurant OR should they be swept off and look for food elsewhere?
They say customer is king but let me tell you its the employees that rule here ????
