Dine in during covid, seats to sit in is quite packed and no social distancing. We sat in a separate zone not a counter bar. Luckily we went there 10.30am and no customers during that time. Staff is very attentive. They used to have refill soup before covid but they no longer have this (second bowl of soup will be charged) food taste is ok same as quality. Dined in 2 ppl this time and cost around 2400 THB which is bit pricy.
Recommend to try on anago sushi, big portion and tasty.

I would just like to commend the lady who served my food. I ordered an Alfonsino (kinmedai) kama shio yaki. It is supposed to be the very tender gill/neck of fish grilled with salt but when it arrived, it was instead the fish head with one eye staring back at me and without the succulent meat around the gill. I was really extremely disappointed. I tried eating whatever little meat i can scavenge but there wasnt really any thing i can eat. It was at this point that the lady server, looking a bit distraught approached me and said, she is NOT happy with my food, that if i am ok, she would like to cancel the food and that i order something else instead, profusely apologizing for the quality of the food i was served, even while i had not uttered anything. I ordered something else then, and was promptly served my order, and this time, the quality was really really good. She also offered to replace the rice i had ordered because it had gotten cold while my order was replaced. Total excellent care, service and quality consciousness!! I asked for her name.she told me its Noi.
I was about to write a complaint review, instead Khun Noi got me praising Hokkai-Don Paragon.

Looking good and mouth watering real Japanese dishes. Fresh tuna served with Japanese rice. There are nearly 30 menus of sushi. One of the menu I recommend is Foie Gras. It's big. It's huge. It's worth to try. One bite is 100 THB (3.15 USD) The green tea is refillable. So I drank lots of it to wash everything down.

Was one of the first customers at this branch when it initially opened and food was great quality then.

Not anymore, the whole thing just gone downhill since they open second branch.

Salmon was not bad but ikura(salmon egg) was not fresh and way too fishy.
And It is incredibly expensive.
