This brand is synonymous with Bangkok. It is called 曼谷包 in Chinese. Even though I am not a fan of NaRaYa products, I would say that their products are good quality for the price. The price range allows tourists to grab souvenirs, like I did, which put burning a hole in the pocket. NaRaYa at Siam Paragon is their flagship store. It is not only big, but it is also clean and tidy. When I shopped there on 8 June 2022 around noon, the shop was almost empty except for 2 to 3 customers, a fat fry from the once bustling NaRaYa at Pre-Covid days. However, the crowd will be back when more travel restrictions are lifted. I believe that the quality products of NaRaYa will stand the rest of time.

Oh ! I thought that the staff had forgotten to let me fill up the form the VAT refund. When I walked back the second time, I was told that NaRaYa does not offer/participate tax refund. No explanation was given though.

The product is good. Place is good. But the service lady too bad and no attitude at all. I asked her politely where can i get the model of this bag. She answered with her thai languages without look at me and did not show me the direction. I got blur with her answer. She need some manner u0026 service training. Maybe need to consider other outlet.
