Unattentive staff. The worst customer service from a brand like this. I went into selecting bracelets and charms for my wife. The staff there clearly didn't want to do their job. They were unresponsive and chose to gave their time to "other" customer.

I purchased Pandora because the company has a great global reputation for quality and service how disappointing to get really bad service from this store when I went in to find a solution to a bracelet clasp that didn’t work. I had lost a charm because of the defect. But NO. I didn’t want a free solution. I just wanted to replace the lost charm and find a way to prevent a further loss. All I got was a sales person anxious to deflect and to blame. I walked out in disgust. Thanks to a great company I was able to go to another store where I was given amazing service. Four thousand baht and five minutes later I had the perfect solution.
Thanks to the amazing Pandora staff at Paragon. If this rating was for them it would be five stars.

After reading the comments I was pretty scared to go in but the people were really nice. At least the girl helping me was. The charms were a little bit more expensive but that’s not their fault. I had a good experience.

I would give them a ZERO if I can. They gave me a box without the charm I paid for and I tried to contact them but I didn’t get any response. They did let me check the charm while paying for it but I asked to replace the paper bag because it was dirty and they may have put the box WITH NOTHING INSIDE to the bag they gave me.

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!! I usually try my best not to write bad reviews but sadly i felt the duty to warn everyone! As in the previous comments the employees look like they do not want to be bothered. As a long time customer to Pandora I am used to the employees always being helpful...well not here!!! I asked a few questions because the selection was very limited and 2 of the women look at me and ignored me. My boyfriend asked if they could clean my jewelry and of course the lady look at him like he was crazy and said it would take an hour ... when it was basically empty in the store! Do not waste your time. I am very disappointed.

Seeing as how all the charms are made in Thailand why would you want to pay 20% MORE for them in Thailand. Absolutely a rip off...
