Delicious Korean meal. Nice service. The place is not too crowded. Recommend the bar b q stuffs where you can grill your owns or let the restaurant do it for you. Side dishes were also delicious, I love the beans.

A Korean restaurant on second floor of The Pathumwan princess hotel.
I remember that when I was just a young boy, our family love to have a Korean style dinner at this place. This time we going back, something had a little bit change. But for overall we still love this restaurant.

This is the first time I order the Korean Yukhoe, raw meat with egg seasoned with soy sauce and mixed with Pear. I, personally, fell in love with it. Even my mom, who doesn’t like having raw dishes, also said she love it.

Special dessert, SOO JEONG KWA, still be our most favorite on the table.

Recommend you all try those two.

Everything is delicious! I recommend to try anything you like, they are all good!

My best choice is always Japchae, tofu and beef finger.

They only have a few drawbacks which I don’t think it’s a big deal.
1. If you sit in the VIP room they would not notice whether you need sth. There is no bell or anything.
2. The meats are mostly marinated.
3. The advanced option like specialty meat, seafood are not available even you called in advance. I thought I could have the Korean oyster but it was not available.

I went there in mid Jan 2021 and it’s sill quite a under pressure of covid-19. So, the veg is served with plastic wrap.

Smallest VIP room cost 500 baht.

First time to dine here and it is impressive. Kongju is located on the 2nd floor in Pathumwan Princess Hotel. It is conveniently accessible by BTS (Stadium Station and walk through MBK Centre). All you can eat is superb. The food quality is great and services are very friendly. It has private rooms for a small group. The restaurant is not big so reservation is recommended. Parking is available in the hotel.

Pos: prime location near MBK, including refilled drinks and starters. Friendly staff

Cons: Overpriced, not many options for meats, under staff.
Despite ordering for uncooked meats, after ordered meats, we had to wait for more than 15 min for our order to come.
Drinks were refilled, but just had to wait for more than 5 min too.
Super smokey grilled, bad ventilation.

The food was ok but the price was too high for what you get. I ordered a lot of food so was able to try different things. I didn’t like that I got the main course first but has to wait a long time on the side dishes. Would not come again, but it was not terrible.
