The room was big and very clean, it had a modern toilet and the bed was really comfortable. It has a small swimming pool that is very beautiful, great for a refreshing and relaxing time. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because we were having problems with the wifi during many days, that the staff was unable to solve, and the issue was just that they provided us with the wrong network name. Aside from that, totally recommended hotel.

Highly recomended!
We had our family reunion lunch at the hotel function room, Ivy. The room is very elegant and beautifully decorated...overlooking lovely landscape and outdoor pool . The preset dining table was impressive . Hotel staff dressed in Thai traditional costume were very helpful and attentive. The buffet is excellent. We give a 5 stars review and will recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice get together in a pleasant settings.

What an awesome find. Close to the airport and within walking distance of the best malls in Bangkok. Rooms are immaculate and service really friendly. Love the special touches like how the remember how you enjoy slee2and pack away additional bedding. None of your positions are touched and your toiletries replenish every day. Massage palour less than 5 minutes up the road. The train slops a few minutes from the hotel. The best of all worlds on your doorstep and all at very reasonable prices. Definitely worth visiting again and again!

Beautiful paradise perfect for an event such as a family reunion we had, the event hall was professionally set up by the hotel with sound system, projector and floural arrangements beyond our expectations, with 4-5 detail orientated staffs closely paying attention to our individual needs. We had the location for around 4 hrs, but it felt like 2 because we were satisfied and immersed fully in the experience, enjoying each other’s company with authentic Thai food and the pool side summer breeze

DEFINITELY NOT 5 STARS HOTEL.

Staff need to be more welcoming.

Common area at room levels has no air condition. A pity to the housekeeping staff to work in hot and stuffy corridor. Only lobby and guest rooms have aircon.

The Pro are it is cheap and clean!
Walkable to Siam.

What an amazing hotel! To start off with; Amazing Location (!!!!) in Bangkok is you are looking to have something out of the super super touristy stuff. This hotel is located in between the old city and new city, without all the tourists. The boat pier (Khlong Sean) is next to the hotel and 2 BTS stations on walking distance (2 minute walk).
The rooms are very modern and very clean! Housekeeping is just great!
Breakfast is great and the employees too! 5 star worthy.

Special note: employee Kai at the breakfast was simply amazing! He knows what a 5 star service means! Thanks Kai!

What was shown on trailers and actuals are two of different things . The whole building looks dated and unkempt . As I entered the lobby for the first time , worn out smelly carpets adorned the lobby and the lift lobby too. I was attended by Miss Angel who was polite and attentive . Unfortunately her supervisor were unaccommodating and a tad uncouth when I asked for an hour grace checkout . I informed her that the hotel was highly recommended to us by a local business office in Bangkok. Food quality served at the breakfast buffet are of fair quality . Coffee and tea must never be put in a glass decanter over a decanter heater . It burns the beverage . A hotel must never overclaim their defects as heritage . It is embrassing once guests see the real thing . The only saving grace are the lush gardens which surrounds the spa pool . Sadly , the property is right smack next to a major trunk road so it gets noisy in the room at night .
