Nice minimalistic interior, but not worth the money. I booked a room with a view, though there was none, the staff said that they don’t have any other rooms. Convenient. I suggested that the staff can offer some kind of a compliment as a nice compensation, but the attitude of the staff was like - sorry can’t do, it’s not our fault that we are fully booked and you paid for the room with a view. (We didn’t try to pull back the money, coz we were on a quick 2 days trip and didn’t want to spend energy on that).
The toiletries doesn’t seem safe for a skin to use, even the cotton buds were just in a zip bag. The soap is hard to use and is a joke, I hope the management of the hotel will try to use it sometime to understand. Somehow, lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Not worth the money. Dirty and dusty.
After I arrived at the room, I noticed there were many hairs and some garbages on the ground by the bed and refrigerator, then I found hairs again in the sink. It feels like they never vacuum the room. The shower place is filthy and full of mold. The Wi-Fi never properly works, it is either slow or disconnected. The only good point about this place is location. However, you can easily find another good location hotel with better hygiene than this hotel.

This independent hotel is a renovated masterpiece. It feels like a peaceful oasis here. I really respect the seamless transitions on street level throughout the laneway, cafe, gallery, hotel and pool spaces. So much of the new design features like the custom breeze blocks also pay homage to the original elements..

The refurbishment is really successful programatically and aesthetically. Thankfully it did not remove certain charms of a retro hotel experience like the grandma working at reception, simple country folk staff team, traditional Thai style food.

The rooms are fairly basic. I was slightly surprise to notice the original building walls and floors above were wonky.

I found that it's done by local architects, PHTAA. ????????

Outstanding location, very good room/comfortable bed, all the amenities to expect. Nice pool. Recently renovated

I guess because all the Thai people can't speak English when asking more they'll be like annoying and they'll showing their annoying face !! Thailand is a nice place but the people is not friendly at all!!!

Didn't stay here just came for the art but the place seems clean and nice, had a cafe shop on the first floor great location and near to the Bangkok culter center.
if you are near by it is worth checking out the art, although it is very small gallery. nice art

Tiny street alley, but has serious swag to it. Think of it as a hidden art treasure.

The architecture is oldschool contrast with a sleek and minimalist interior design. (Architecture students are gonna be in for a surprise!)

Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful for all the "quirky"(dare I say unorthodox) questions we asked.

However, the hotel is smaller than you expected, so don't be surprised if you can't fit into the lift as a mariachi band.
