DISAPPOINTING. If you want to experience an expensive, souless, plastic, sanitised environment then this is the place for you. To top it all they hit you with a 30% tax charge that is listed in the menu in the smallest size print available for printing. TIP - AVOID.

There are many better places outside for quarter of the price with traditional Thai charm and no hidden prices.

It was the first time that i went to Gourmet bar with my friends. There was a good atmosphere when i walk in and the staff was so friendly to help me. I prefer the table near music band, I ask friendly if i could change the table. the waitress was really helpful I had a great experience and was served by a lovely Cha. I would recommend to try the cocktails.

I absolutely love this place, in the lobby of the hotel. The service is outstanding, the food ever so fresh and cooked in a kitchen you can see from your seat. There is beautiful live music playing for many hours every night. It makes the lobby of the hotel a place you want to while away your evening in whether you are staying for business or holiday. I was served by Amina, who was fantastic. All of the staff there are so helpful. I will stay at Novotel time and time again. Thank you to all of the team at Novotel Siam Sq.

Wonderful stay. Hotel staff are warm and friendly. Especially the bartender (Kan) she make and fine-tune the taste of Martini vodka close to world top 5 cocktail bar. Good job Kan
