Once again, we thank the whole team for the wonderful time spent on our honeymoon, everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door, the food was presented and seasoned perfectly, the wine and homemade kombucha were professionally selected for the dishes. thank you all, we enjoyed it a lot.

Gastronomic amazing fancy dinner, a surprising flow of art in a plate. Tasty and perfect experience, for me plant based with Kombucha paring.
Chef Gerard and Sebastián make our dinner together with Khung Vela and of course looking after every minimal detail Khung Kwang.

A French restaurant with Japanese influences. Visited as a party of 3 and had the Matsu (7 course) dinner set. The food was exceptional, very similar to many of the better French fine dining joints in Japan and the service was friendly and precise. The highlight of our meal was the A5 Satsuma Waygu and the Oyster dish was surprising pleasing. The pebble in the dessert was very creative, though would like a little bit more creamy or richness to the dessert. Overall an exceptional dining experience and highly recommended.

Matsu: a good one Michelin star experience for Western-Japanese fine dine

Went for a one get one promotion with wine pairing.
Excellence service with knowledgeable staffs.
Food is at the standard with no mistake.
Good combination of wines and the course.
Special mention for the langoustine..perfectly cook, soft sweet juicy.
All the fish dishes are cooked well.

A perfect visit for rainy Friday night.

I chose Mizu experience 8 courses.
It’s amazing when you can see how they cook because it’s opened kitchen and you will feel like you are cooking with the chef and team. ???? And you will be excited for watching the dish they are cooking that for me or not? ????

Food are wonderful, fresh, texture and variety of meat and seafood. The sauce is really good to eat with raw fish. And the most unique beverage pairing are many kind of Kombuchas for good digestive. I am not type of wine pairing so this is suit me.

Also Thank you @chefgerardvillaret and team for good hospitality.

By the way, Solo diner isn’t bad. ????Because all the staffs are friendly. ????
