Hotel parking and mall parking don't separate clearly. If u park at B2 floor, u have walk up to B1 floor and enter lift.
The receptionist, the hospitality is not good but at restaurant and bar are nice. Can't early check-in. Dinner at red-sky is great but windy. Food and beverage are delicious but dessert may make u greasy. Aware of bed's height, it tall and may make you ankle sprain. Smart LED is too easy to turn on. I like toilet's design, feel comfortable and have space and good environment. The atmosphere at COCOA XO is very nice, welcome drink is tasting.

We had a small room (I guess our poor selection), but it was good. Service was very poor. Had to drag our luggage to the 23 floor for checking-in ourselves. Absolutely no bell boy service. Nobody showed us to the room, we where just told to go our floor and figure it all out, carrying our own luggage. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Food and restaurants where great. The rooftop bars disgustingly expensive, 1,200 for a mixed drink.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient and directly links to the mall. Service was great. However, rooms are definitely smaller than expected. The buffet breakfast wasn’t amazing for the price you are paying for. However, I will definitely be back here given the prime location and accessibility.

It's a good hotel. The rooms are more on the smaller side but still big enough. Service is good overall but some at reception struggle with English. This hotel has the slowest elevators I have ever seen. 4 elevators but still you will spend an unusual amount of time waiting for one. It's not really a negative point but it was the part of my stay I will remember for the longest time most likely.

Lovely hotel. Super comfortable beds. Great breakfast. A manager came around and wished goodmorning! Nice pool area. Good gym although some kettlebells would be nice.
Roof bar was nice with beautiful view.
Only thing that was negative was some stains on the duvet.

Good hotel near the main shopping center of Bangkok. Great buffet breakfast options. Clean rooms. Stayed in a family room that was sufficient size for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Very convenient for shopping. Good value and good service.

Fantastic location especially if you like shopping. Recently refurbished property with well spec'd rooms. Great leisure facilities including outdoor pool, large gym, spa and tennis courts!
Staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times.
