Super local, great view! The restaurant isn't called Restaurant Good, it has only Thai name which is the name of the owner "Paa Jaew Restaurant" (ป้าแจ๋วอาหารตามสั่ง). So I guess, a foreign tourist found this place and just gave it a name by himself/herself and put it on Google map.
