I had Sake paring Omakase dinner there last week. The Omakase / Tasting Menu was presented by the chef-owner who’s very knowledgeable and talented. The bartender/chef-owner kept us entertained and enjoyed our meal with his presentation and skills in both food preparation/plating and bartending. The meal was impressively innovative, delicious, and beautiful.

Kaijin has Hokkaido winter menu, This month is the best to get the best ingredient.

This restaurant is located in the Nichada Village. This village has many rich people live around. The restaurant is not so far from Central Chaengwattana. the car came in the evening. The shop is located in Nichada condo. Driving a car to the second floor.

I saw the head chef is foreigner. He has choose the good ingredient. There is a lot of special ingredient. Fish was fresh. It’s perfect meal for celebrate.

Fusion Thai-Japanese tasting menu. Unexpected taste with Thai ingredients cooking with various techinique. Well decorate and super friendly services. I might recommened for anyone who love to try surprising taste and creative menu.
